Why BOZ Engineering Group exists

We built BOZ to eliminate that cycle.

Koray is the head engineer on every project that moves through BOZ. He personally oversees structural design, reviews every stamped plan set and conducts the majority of site visits. When you call BOZ, you are not routed to a project coordinator reading from a script; you are talking to the engineer who will actually work on your project.
Koray holds four engineering and management degrees including two master's from the University of Maryland in geotechnical engineering and project management and carries both PE and PMP credentials. Before founding BOZ, he spent years in heavy civil infrastructure, managing retaining wall design programs with 100+ projects per year, designing structural systems for bridges and tunnels, and conducting hands-on geotechnical field inspections. That combination of advanced education, field experience, and large-scale project management is what sets BOZ apart: your residential addition or commercial build-out gets the same engineering rigor that goes into highway infrastructure.
Koray leads a team of 5+ engineers from BOZ's Falls Church office and is building the firm's Florida practice: the same engineering rigor, the same one-team model, delivered to Florida's code and Florida's ground.
